Located in the rolling foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, Sabrina and Nicolas’s wedding at Sierra La Verne by Wedgewood Weddings was a celebration of love set against a backdrop of breathtaking SoCal's natural beauty. This serene and private location provided a lush green oasis for their outdoor garden ceremony and an elegant ballroom for the unforgettable reception. The Wedding Details

If you know me, I am a huge fan of capturing flat lays! Sabrina and Nicolas’ wedding was a celebration of love captured in every detail. The “Newlywed Post” announcement, with its charming newspaper style, set the tone for a day that was both traditional and uniquely theirs. The black and white photograph of the couple, hugging and gazing into each others' eyes, symbolized their union amidst nature’s beauty. The golden rings right over their image representing the timeless commitment they are making to each other. Of course, we had to add in some flowers from the bouquet and the bride's white high heeled shoes. I am so happy with how these detail photos turned out and I am excited to share the rest of the beautiful highlights from Sabrina and Nicolas’ special day!

The Bride's Preparation

Sabrina stood in a room glowing with gentle light, her wedding gown—a vision of elegance—awaiting her. It was a moment of excitement and anticipation before the festivities began. The dress, with its delicate layers, hung beautifully on a big gold-framed mirror. Sabrina admired her dress and finished the final preparations, from putting her earrings on to one last check in the mirror. She was glowing with happiness and beauty!

The Groom and His Groomsmen

Nicolas, surrounded by his groomsmen, adjusted his tie and prepared for the first look of his bride. This getting ready moment was not just about getting dressed; it was about the bonds of friendship and the shared excitement for the commitment Nicolas was about to make. Then together, the groom and his groomsmen cheered some 808 beers to their countless memories they’ve created and the moments they’ll continue to share.

The First Look

Nicolas stood under a willow tree, hands clasped, patiently waiting for Sabrina. You can feel their anticipation as she slowly approached him from behind, her white gown trailing gracefully. As they stood near the water, swans gliding by, the moment they turned to see each other was intimate and full of emotion. Nicolas could not contain his excitement and awe. Their joy was contagious! This first look was their beautiful and intimate celebration before the public vows, a special memory captured in a serene outdoor setting.

Pre-Ceremony Romantics

Nicolas and Sabrina’s pre-ceremony romantic photos beautifully capture the essence of their love story. After their heartfelt first look, the couple shared an intimate moment by a serene body of water, surrounded by lush greenery. Sabrina, in her elegant white bridal gown and veil, and Nicolas, in his beige-colored suit, stood close together, their faces glowing with joy and anticipation. I love capturing that just married feeling because as you can see, the joy is like no other! Especially when you have all your friends and family hyping you up and flower petals fill the air like a romantic movie. Those smiles on Sabrina and Nicolas' faces are priceless! Loving how they show off their new bling at the end too.

I am obsessed with the details for the wedding reception. So simple, yet beautiful and timeless. From the photobooth fun to the cotton candy sunset sky in the background, it was a beautiful evening.

The grand entrance of the bride and groom was a moment filled with pure joy and excitement. The entire room cheered happily as Sabrina and Nicolas strutted through the doorway with their arms up. They seamlessly transitioned into their first dance as newlyweds. And I don't think they ever stopped smiling! The bride’s elegant white gown flowed beautifully as she twirled, and you could feel their connection and joy. Surrounded by the warm ambiance of the venue, this first dance was a heartfelt celebration of their love, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening.

The Reception Festivities

After their enchanting first dance, the reception at Sierra La Verne by Wedgewood Weddings was filled with joyous festivities. Guests enjoyed capturing fun moments in the photobooth, creating lasting memories with playful props and candid shots. Heartfelt speeches and toasts followed, with friends and family sharing touching stories and well-wishes for the newlyweds. Then a traditional cake cutting, where the bride and groom shared a sweet moment and a delicious treat. The dance floor came alive as everyone danced the night away, celebrating the couple’s love with laughter and joy. This vibrant and fun-filled reception perfectly encapsulated the spirit of the day, making it an unforgettable celebration for all!
